- Family dinners and birthday parties between 50 and 100 people – 4 hours for $180 (extra hours for $35)
- Cleaning package – Trash bag removal $20 for four bags ($10 per additional bags) Cleaning ($75)
- Wedding day less than 100 people - $500 for day
- Wedding day less than 150 people - $650 for day
- Wedding Weekend Package less than 200 - $700 for a day or $950 for full weekend (Friday set - up, Saturday wedding, and Sunday tear down)
